Over the past three months, Wilmington has had 1,017 closed home sales. The homes stretch all the way from Snow’s Cut Bridge in south Wilmington to Highway 17 in north Wilmington and everywhere in between. And though there were plenty of communities that have welcomed new residents in the past three months, some stood out more than others. Deer Crossing, Gable Run, the Historic District, and Pine Valley Estates have been the most active Wilmington communities over that time.

Hampstead has the distinct pleasure of being a town on the East Coast, and residents love to take advantage of their proximity to the water.
